Hi all.. I am spending so much time taking advantage of the calorie counting features of this site that I figured I might as well stop being antisocial and jump on the message boards.
My story: I used to be fat... then I made some serious lifestyle changes and now jog 4-5 times a week and weight train 4 times a week. I have almost reached my primary goal now which is to lose all of my belly fat to fully reveal my abs. After that it's just a matter of keeping up the training and diet and the rest will take care of itself.
Anywho, enough about me. I would love to hear your tales!
