Zig-zagging/exercise calories?

So at the end of the day I still have about 100 calories left from exercise (went over my carb limit though) but I just went out for some chocolate frozen yogurt and I don't really want to eat anything else tonight.:laugh: Can I add the extra 100 calories to my intake tomorrow?
