    Agree it's amazing what it does for type2 diabetics I drink it as a tea just cinnamon and hot water it lowers it almost instantly and it is great for indigestion, inflamation and water retention.

    Jamie Eason claims cinnamon aides in digestion and metabolism. I *girl crush* her, so I buy into her theory.

    On a lighter note, I enjoy the taste of cinnamon so it does me no harm to have a little extra.

    Thanks, I knew cinnamon was good for you and sometimes add it to my protien shake, but I didn't know it was this good! I will make sure I add it EVERY DAY to something I eat.
