i need to gain some weight and i dont know what to eat that has a lot of calories!!! ((and is healthy)):drinker: CHEERS!

    Trail mix with nuts, almonds and such. Just be careful on the fat intake but it does have a lot of calories, usually around 200 cal for 1/4 of a cup. Good luck!

    I've noticed granola cereals have a lot of calories

    I was researching exercises for my PT job and came across a very tasty weight-gain recipe on a site called something like testosterone.com. I slimmed it down for me but the original was something like cooked oatmeal, maple syrup and peanut butter. OMG! It's like eating a reeses pbter cup!
