So I got a very intense craving for Ice cream tonight, I decided to switch to frozen yogurt or Tasty Delite to be healthier!

So I left my apt and walked down the street, right into a Baskin Robbins, I decided to go in "what can it hurt?" to my dismay, they only had low cal vanilla(not too exciting and it looked like it had freezer burn). So I walked to the grocery store, I figured I would just get a small container of Ben and Jerry's or something, well, the line was absurdly long and I said "screw it". So I kept walking and walking looking for some frozen yogurt or Tasty Delite place that looked good. After walking for 20 mins I got bored and decided to go home and have some Fage yogurt with red raspberry sugar free preserves!

I win! I burned extra calories walking and had a healthy snack!

    1) I am SO jealous. Miss the city soooo much. Keep up the walking!!
    2) I read the subject line and thought you would be telling the story of my (current) life (I enjoyed your ice cream quest despite the fact that it wasn't the anecdote I was expecting!).

    What do I walk for? I walk for pretzels. I spin for a glass of wine. I walk for a half bagel & cream cheese! I exercise so I can eat more! 1200 calories/day isn't much, but add in a 400 calorie spin class, and I can survive!

    Enjoy the walking around NYC! (UWS, by any chance?)
