Hi guys,
I have been going to Physical Therapy and my exercises are somewhat limited because of a hurt lower back. I have been riding a recumbent bike and doing some core strengthening exercises: planks, bridges, etc. but am not sure how to track my physical therapy sessions or some of the core exercises I have been doing... any advice? I also bought some exercise videos (Jillian Michaels) is there a way to log these as well?

Any advice is helpful! :o)

  • Hi There! The best way I've found to track workouts is to to buy a heart monitor that also tracks calories burned. I have a Polar F7 and seems to work pretty well. They are fairly cheap ($50-$100) bucks and allow you to basically create your own exercises and log the number of minutes your worked out and the calories you burned. Good luck!

Thanks, I will have to look into that... I have been doing my best to keep track and make sure I keep it balanced with calorie intake and such... thanks so much!
