Which is the better choice for Lunch

For lunch today, I can either do:

La Tortilla Soft Wrap Mini with Butterball Sub Kit (2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 oz ham, 1 oz turkey, 1 slice provolone cheese)
210 calories; 14 carbs; 860 mg sodium; 10 g fat
or

La Tortilla Soft Wrap Mini with either Natural Peanut Butter and a Banana
235 calories; 37 carbs; 236 mg sodium; 8 g fat

Is it better to do a low carb, high sodium wrap or a lower carb, low sodium wrap?

I personally would go with the peanut butter and banana one.

looking at your macros for the day- you could do either as you will still have loads of cals/carbs left over.

What is the protein difference? I'd go with the higher protein of the 2!

I think either is fine what are you in the mood for? The 2nd one has a lot less sodium so if you need to watch that then maybe go with that but if not then they are both very low in calories. I eat more thatn that for my meals.

I would go with the peanut butter and banana also. Deli meats are processed and loaded with sodium.
