Bluberry "Pancake" Omlett - Low CARB!

2 eggs
splash of skim milk
splash vanilla
cinnamon to taste
handful of bluberries

Make above ingredients into an omlett.

Heat up 2 breakast sausage links (turkey, or whatever you like) in the microwave. Chop up and put in the middle of the omlett.

Drizzle sugar free syrup over the top!

Tastes just as good as pancakes! about 400 calories, depending on sausage!
