Struggle

So I am struggling BIG time.:frown: I have great support on here but i keep getting it wrong. I am eating like food is going out of style and i am not excersing so they two together equals weight gain.:embarassed: I never thouhgt i would be here. Feel free to share inspiring stories or pictures and good advice please feel free to give it. I just need to get out of my funk an i have no clue how to do it.:grumble: I am literally driving myself KRAZY, with a capital K.:sad: thanks all

    Why do you think youve had a shift? You dont have to answer that here... just think about it and do some soul searching.
    I can tell you that nothing makes your body and mind feel better than taking care of it. So get back at it. Even if you dont want to. I promise you you wont regret it.

    No i need to lose 46 poundshave nto lost 46 pounds. Ineed to lose about 50 and not sure about the shift. I wish i knew and i know you are right. I just need the help getting there. thanks for taking th time to resond :)

    oopsy! either way... this is hard. give yourself permission to struggle with the change in your ways. It will get to be a habit and it wont be so bad. We all mess up. the important thing is you get back up again

    So sorry to hear you're struggling on your weight loss journey. I know you'll succeed :) You just have to put your mind to it. Start with baby steps :) Try to get in a small walk every day and just increase from there. I know you can do this! :)
