If you are new to the gym or even if you are not. There is one rule that must be followed at all times. there is no exception to this rule.. there is no excuses for breaking this rule. Its cut cry and to the point.. DO NOT DO CURLS IN THE SQUAT RACK!!!!!!!!!!

    Haha! That is so true, but unfortunately there will always be those that choose to ignore or just aren't aware of this rule!

    Yes! Also, they should post signs to help prevent serious accidents for those who use the squat rack soon after visiting Taco Bell. It's a danger to them and those around them. :noway:

    People should not be allowed to do squats, deadlifts, etc... after visiting Taco Bell or a similar restaurant. LOL!
