so i was looking at my food stuff this morning and i got to thinking about the amount of dairy i have been intaking....
i dont know if it is enough...and here is my stumbling block

i dont normally drink milk and i have been avoiding cheese..i like it but i tend to go over board when i eat it... so i have a yogurt in the morning as part of my breakfast... i dont know if that is enough for the day and i would love to avoid brittle bones in my old age...

should i look into calcium supplements??? is anyone currently taking one that they would recommend??? and are leafy greens still a good source of do i have my veggies wrong??

can't go wrong with calcium supplements, especially as a woman. Stick to skim milk if you drink it, but it's got a lot of sugar and carbs in it... so does yogurt, so you gotta watch that. 2% milk cheese (reduced fat) is a good source when eaten in moderation. Most women's multi-vits have calcium in them as well.

if it helps any.. weight watchers recommends three dairy products a day. i usually have 1 milk, 1 yogart and 1 cheese. not to exceed 1oz of cheeze.
