I have been on myfitnesspal for a while but not really following religiously. I am ready to get serious and lose this weight once and for all. I have been somewhat or a yo yo dieter since the age of 20. I am going to hit 30 at the end of this year and am ready to make a life style change and keep this weight off. Was recently married last September and would like to start a family within the next couple of years. Please add me and help me out. I need to stay motivated and busy!

Hi, I've also been on MFP for a while, lost 30lbs & slacked off a lot and sadly gained a good bit of it back. I recently (within the last month) have gotten back at it & I've lost 15lbs. I still have a ways to go (about 75-80lbs).0
