Beef Burgers with Feta and Tomato

Ok, I am not a big fan of any type of cheese, but I decided to make this because as I was looking the recipe over on the website, my hubby said, OMG, that looks sooo good.
So, I made it and it was to die for. I made a salad to go along with it and it was a fabulous supper to have.
Anyone can eat this burger, but I got it off the Atkins website, so it is more geared toward someone eating a low carb lifestyle.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (round or chuck)
1 green onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper)
Directions:
Combine ground beef, green onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 2 patties.Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

Net Carbs: 2.5 grams
Fiber: 0.5 grams
Protein: 51.0 grams
Fat: 34.0 grams
Calories: 536
