Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
No, I had one too many granola bars (I discovered Kashi Dark Mocha Almond and Pumpkin Pie, I just had to try them both). And I didn't exercise, but I didn't go too far over.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No, this whole water thing is giving me trouble. I was doing really well, just got out of the routine.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Made my first Clean Eating (all natural, no preservatives) recipe for dinner-Turkey Meatloaf with Smashed Cauliflower. This is an accomplishment for me, since my hubby works out of town I rarely "cook" for myself.
What would I have done differently? EXERCISED!

Yes...thank goodness for exercise calories.

Yes for the most part, although I'm having a hard time getting my running back up to the time I wanted.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Resisted even a nibble of my children's desserts at PF Chang. Those little cups are deceptive.
What would I have done differently?
Stepped away from the peanut butter sooner.

Already had peanut butter this morning, so avoiding it for the rest of the day.

Did not eat any brownies at work.

Gotten a little more exercise to take care of those 50 cals

Goldk-Thanks for posting the link on yesterdays thread. I was running an errand for work and realized I had forgotten. But you took care of it-Thanks! Why is it so hard to get in the groove of things after you've been gone a couple days. Maybe I'll finally feel "with it" tomorrow.0

Tried to make good choices at dinner (Japanese hibachi) ... but I didn't like what I ordered so I ordered dessert too ... and ate a bowl of cereal when I got home
What would I have done differently?
exercised, tried to be satisfied with my dinner because I was full, just didn't like it

big exercise night & make good food choices

Not a lot........was an emotionally draining day....but I guess I should be happy I stayed within my #'s

No matter the stress.........what goes by the lips is a lifetime on the hips!!

NO I did good till I got home yesterday and there was speghetti and oreo cookie cheese cake:grumble:

NO:noway: :sad: I ate too much and didn't work out...thats 4 days in a row i NEED to get to the gym tonight!

Fit in to a size 11 which I haven't done since my Son was born 2 years ago!:flowerforyou:

Yes, worked in the exercise despite life conspiring against me.

Made myself get up from my desk at work and go work out despite everything that was going on. Nothing exploded or anything without me.

Nothing, yesterday was a pretty good day
