Hello,
I'm back...I'm trying to stay motivated and lose as much of this weight as I can before getting the gastric bypass. I'm looking for a few new friends from this area as well as other places. I'm very encouraging and I enjoy learning new ways of eating healthier and different health topics. I have a question...How long after we start exercising does your body actually start burning calories? Have a blessed day!
