So, just a few minutes ago, I was mulling around my kitchen trying to find something cool, refreshing, and a little sweet to beat the heat in my house, but light and dairy free (dairy in this weather makes me feel icky, it's too heavy for me to be enjoyed in 90 degree heat). I noticed I still had a few unsweetened frozen peach slices left, so I filled up a tall glass with water, added from frozen peaches, and stirred. It was...interesting! It's light, refreshing, with a tiny hint of peachyness but not too sweet. I feel like a genius right now:laugh: And I can eat the peaches afterwards!
