Can someone please give me some advice on my food diary?

I've recently changed my eating habits and I'm afraid they might actually be for the worst. I'm starting to add in a lot more protein into my meals and I'm hoping it's not going to make me gain a lot of unexpected weight.

Upping your protein level is not going to make you gain weight...but going over your calories will.0

Moar protein and fats, maybe more cals depending on ht/wt/activity level0
