valentine's day treats

I am sooooo not looking forward to all the treats that are sure to be in staff lounge tommorow! Anybody have any great tips for going easy/avoidance?

    Wrk the treats into your calories for the day. Pick one or two things you simply have to have then have it and then that's it.... no more. Self control is the key:smile: Good luck

    Just think of how many people have sneezed all over the goodies. That usually does the trick for me.

    plan it in your calories as said above and plan some exersice to make up for any extras
