Hi all, not uploaded pic or anything yet but struggling a bit with adding the exercises wondered if anyone could help? I use a exercise hul hoop but don't know to add it on re calories burned etc plus how do you figure how many cals you burn in a 30 mins walk, fast or slow??

Also if there's anyone else on here with Multiple Sclerosis would be good to meet just incase I do myself a mischief and don't realise! :D
