Leg Exercises

so im doing this work out and it says to do 10 leg exercises i really would rather have a variety of leg exercises to do. so far i have squats with chair, lunges, standing calf raises, sumo squats, inner thigh squeezers, side lunges, half squat, and toe touches. does anyone know of something different that i can do???

    Squats/deadlifts with a barbell, leg press, calf raises...

    leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, hack squats, Jefferson squats, leg extensions, jump lunges, plie squats, hamstring ball curls......list goes on.

    Buns of Steele DVD, excellent DVD workout! Lots of variation of lunges, squats and leg lifts + mat exercises!

    split squats and 1-legged squats are AWESOME and require NO EQUIPTMENT other than maybe something to hold onto for balance. Also jumping exercises like burpees, jump squats, etc will fry 'em!

    squats and deadlifts.

    when you can squat 1.5x your body weight and deadlift 2x your body weight, consider adding other ones.

    ok everyone so heres the verdict lol im going to do the following lol iv taken all of ur offers into consideration and i will be doing: burpees, deadlifts, toe touches, half squats, inner thigh squeezers , side lunges, sumo squats, calf raises, lunges, squats . . . blah wish me luck MIND OVER MATTER!!!!

    Look up POP pilates on YouTube...there is a girl named Casey and she has a channel called blogaties....She has amazing workout for your legs and butt. You will be sore and she has so much variety..I love it!
