Water Skiing Fashion Advice...?

Hi all,
My boyfriend has recently introduced me to water skiing.... SUPER DUPER FUN!!! But last summer, I had a wardrobe malfunction with my bathing suit. The same kind of wardrobe malfunction that Janet had at the superbowl. Sooo.... since I may be engaging in this activity around his dad, and that would be AWKWARD if it happens again....
What type of bathing suits have others found are good for keeping everything under wraps??? I don't generally like one-piece suits because they cling to my back fat in very unattractive ways, and a lot of the more "athletic" suits in that department have these little keyholes all over the back where the back fat folds become exposed, and NO ONE likes to see someone's fleshy rolls hanging out. Are there sporty athletic one-piece suits that have back coverage??? Or better yet, sporty athletic tankinis that would not allow a wayward b**b to come tumbling out?
I need something that will fit nice and snug and still have enough support up top to keep the girls at attention. Some of the regular scoop neck tankinis wouldn't allow any escapes, but do not include enough support with that flimsy shelf thing that does nothing.

Check out bathing suits from Athleta or Title Nine! Expensive, but well made and durable - will hold up to abuse and keep things in place.0
