Looking for suggestions

I seem to use up my protein quickly and end up with quite a few calories, carbs and fat left in my day. Any suggestions to a good meal that is high in those 3 catagories?

    What are you eating? Could you open up your diary?

  • Breakfast usually yogurt, granola and strawberries
    snack- apple
    lunch, salad with chicken, fruit and a few sunflower seeds
    snack- another apple or 1/2 bag FF popcorn
    Dinner-salad, chicken, broccoli or other veggie
    snack- more popcorn or maybe a skinny cow ice cream bar

    Exercise about 5 days a week for 45-60 min (usually running)

    Going over in protein is a good thing. MFP sets the protein amount too low, anyway.
  • Thanks for the input. I couldn't imagine cutting out any from my diet. It isn't a ton as it is
