Never wake up for breakfast!

I'm a student who works in a bar, I can be at work till 5am and to get a good amount of sleep I don't wake up till about 12, I have my lunch at 1/2 and dinner at about 6/7 (to eat with family) and I snack on fruit like a banana and perhaps a slice of toast through the day, I have done this for a long time but I can't make my calories I usually hit about 900!

is this going to stop me losing weight? I'm never even close to under eating, I'm always full and satisfied after both meals but after reading around I feel that my life style and diet isn't going to allow me to lose the weight?

Thanks for any tips and help!

I'm never even close to under eating

The above two statements are likely in conflict with each other.

I'm always full and satisfied after both meals but after reading around I feel that my life style and diet isn't going to allow me to lose the weight?

It probably won't prevent you from losing weight. But that being said, it might prevent you from being healthy due to not getting enough nutrition and you might lose more muscle than you would like on that low of an intake.

Rethink this.....call the first meal you eat (at 1/2) Breakfast. Then you need to have lunch in between Breakfast and Dinner (at 6/7) with family

You need a couple of snacks...or 3....1 inbetween Breakfast and Lunch and another after dinner and before bed.

I don't give ANY of my meals names except the first one of the day

    Breakfast.....then I have Meal 1 through Meal 5

so I always eat Breakfast :P

MFP will let you name your meals by time instead of breakfast/lunch/dinner - do that, and make sure you're eating at least 3-4 meals a day, 5 ideally. if you can't fit in a meal, have a glass of milk (or a skinny latte) and some almonds!

Yeah I probably worded that wrong, I meant I never feel hungry as if I have under eaten?

but thanks guys for your help I'm definitely going to try and perhaps eat as soon as I wake, then again, then at about 7 and see how it goes and try and get a few more snacks in. I really want to build muscle as well so I guess its just something I'm going to have to work at to achieve my goal!

You could easily add in a few hundred more calories... Slather some peanut/almond butter and/or jelly on that toast. Add in another snack with yogurt and fruit. Have a handful or two of nuts. You've only logged a few days so I'm not sure if you do this but stop using light, fat free, low fat, low cal versions of products. You have plenty of calories to spare for the regular versions of these foods. And bring a snack or two with you to work.

Ideally it seems you should have your third meal of the day during your shift. You don't get hungry between dinner at 7 pm and bedtime at 5 am?
