Reached goal, need exercise advice.

So I've been on this weightloss journey since February, and it's been going great. I've done the 30 day shred, a week of Six week six pack and I'm almost done with Ripped in 30. Also, I go on the bike everyday for like 30 minutes minimum.

Now I've reached my goalweight and I'm pretty happy with my body. Once I'm done with Ripped in 30, what should I do next? I just want to improve my ab and arm muscles a bit.

Should I still do an exercise video every day or should I do it like 2/3 times a week?
Will I get out of shape if I will only do biking?

Keep doing what your doing!! I have reached my goal weight before and as soon as I did I 'slow downed' so to say and it all came back!! You can do second rounds of the videos you've done or find ones that help target the errors you are looking to improve. Good luck!! :)

Firstly, congrats on reaching your goal!

I'm not sure exactly what to suggest for ab and arms but definitely keep up the strength training.

As for how much exercise you need to do to maintain...this is something you need to figure out based on your calorie intake and what your body requires to stay at that weight. If you want to exercise every day then do it, just up your calories. If you don't, just reduce it by a day a week and see how you feel. I wouldn't suggest not exercising at all though

Maintaining is WAY harder than losing...I've never been able to maintain but I've lost the same 30lbs 4 times previously (I'm on my 5th time down this weight loss journey). There is no magic solution, you just need to find the right balance.

    Good luck!

    Thanks guys!

But do I really need to exercise every single day to maintain this? Or can I cut it to like 2 days a week?

You don't need to exercise everyday if you don't want to, but you will have to adjust your calorie intake accordingly.
