New guy looking for friends/victories!

Hey everyone,
A few months back, I started my weight-loss journey. I never subscribed to the thought of being able to lose weight from pure dieting - I ate what I wanted when I wanted. Well, cue an accient that didn't allow me to work out and a cold miserable winter, and you've got a recipe for weight gain!
I weighed more in February than I ever have in my life, and I was tired of it.
Now I've started a new dieting plan which is super easy for me to stick with, and I cycle regularly. I've lost about 25 lbs thus far, but I suspect a lot of that is fat. I look in shape for the first time in months, and I'm feeling great about myself.
I've had such success, and I figure maybe some of my tips would help someone else out, and I'm interested in the community in general. So if you want to add me as a friend, please do! I'd love to see other people share their personal struggles and victories on the road to good health.
