Next time...Try a Fireball

My new tactic is to eat a wonderful fireball candy when I am having a weak moment grabbing a food that is bad for me. These helped when I quit smoking, so I assume they help with cravings. They say a craving will only last 10-15 minutes. I usually give in within 2. So I eat a fireball, which causes me to drink tons of water through the hot times and it ends up staying in my mouth for 15-20 minutes until I break my teeth (ha ha) and crunch it. So there it is, my tip for the day.
(Note to all, my profile picture is me 25 pounds lighter, I use it for inspiration to get back to my 40th Birthday Party weight, which is only half way to my goal!)
