Ok...It's not so much a recipe I need but more technique.
What is the best way to pan cook, broil, or bake chicken. Literally..not a seasoned cook here. Just trying to figure out how to make sure my chicken doesn't come out bland and try.
How long do you cook if for in the pan...bake? etc...

The best way to avoid dry chicken is to tenderise it first. Anytime I make chicken, I bash it out until it's an even thickness, wrap it in foil and bake it at 180 celsius for 14-18 minutes depending on the thickness. It will be super moist and delicious. It makes the best shredded chicken too!0
