Hey my name is Lucy and i'm new to the website. I had heard of it several times in the past few weeks through other fitness websites but i though it would be too complicated. I tried 'lose it' and other websites but they were not for me. Hope this works!
So far i'm just confused by one thing; I stated doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred 7 days ago and would like to log it but its not listed, anyone know a way of doing that? I'm a student so i can't afford a heart rate monitor...
