I found these on AllRecipes.com and altered them only slightly.

Lower Fat Brownies

1 cup white sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
10 tbsp plain fat free yogurt (I used Activia FF Vanilla)
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt (I never use salt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional)

Stir together sugar, cocoa & yogurt. Mix in 1 egg at a time. Add salt & vanilla, then flour. Add pecan pieces last.

Bake at 325F for 28-32 minutes in 8x8 pan.

Alternate: I used Pampered Chef's new brownie pan, made 12 portions. Baked at 325 for 20mins.

My Recipes calculated them to be 144 cals each with pecans. 110 cals each without pecans. I'll remember that next time I make them!

They look chewy, a fudgey-like texture. And baking them in the individual portions, you can just grab one and go. No measuring to cut them in a pan. They're our evening snack, so I'll post back then, on their actual taste!
