Back Results since I started lifting

So I have completed the burn phase of Chalean Extreme and on week 2 of the push phase.

I can't wait to see what I look like at the end of this phase, and the very end of the program!!

    Just curious what size weights are you using? I am in week 3 of the push phase and noticing a change in my biceps and triceps, but not much anywhere else!

    That's what I am using also other than in the warm up I use 8lb. I didn't take before pics, but now I'm starting think I should have!

    Great results! Is that the push phase, meaning muscle you use to push things? I thought the push muscle groups were chest, triceps, shoulders??? Your back looks awesome....
