Hey everyone I am a 30 yr old young lady from Staten Island NY looking to start off on my journey. I have tried lots of different approaches to weight lost but to no avail. I though I knew enough to lose what I wanted and get back to living but now I realize what I did when I was 16 will not work now and I will never get back to what I used to be but maybe I can start loving what I have now. It;s just there's so much info out there but it all get's jumbled in my head when I try to apply them. I came here to get some help, tips and motivation. Could someone point me in the direction of where to begin I mean food portions, daily exercise that sort of thing.
