Mmm! Just made a very close version of this last night and it was total insanity! I also took the leftover marinade and then boiled it so it turned into a reduction that I then put over the chicken. A keeper!0

Have you tried doing this in the oven? I have a picky family and I do not know if I could get my husband to eat it if he knew that it was mustard in it?
If I did it in the oven he may not realize it.0 -

I like this, good idea. I will try, except I need to find a replacer for the sugar, maybe honey, liquid stevia or coconut sugar.0

so, how do you figure calories for something like this? I mean I could add up all the calories in the marinade but I'm not really eating all that0

I would work out the marinade calories and work on a rough guess that half gets eaten, half gets thrown away. Ok so probably over counting the calories but at least I feel 100% happy on that basis.
I'm going to try the recipe, I'll post the calories when I do.
Thanks for the idea.0 -

Yummy - sounds a great dish. I'm going to try it without the mustard (allergic) next week.0
