Amazing Chicken pizza under 400 cal

Made this for dinner and was amazing!
Ingredients:
Generic - Rise and Bake Stone Ground Wheat Roll, 1 roll
Homemade - Slow Cooked Chicken Breast (pulled) 4 oz
Shredded Cheese 1/3 cup
Barilla - Marinara Sauce, 1/8 cup
Cheese - Parmesan, grated, 1 tbsp
italian seasoning
Pre prep:
SPray baking sheet, space out desired amount of rolls to rise, once risen flatten and let rise again, flatten again and bake til cooked but not browned.
Prep to cook:
Preheat oven 400-450 (i used 425)
add sauce to flattened roll, followed by the chicken, the parmesan, italian seasoning then the shredded cheese ( this order locks the flavor better you could also do parm last so it browns)
Cook til cheese is melted then switch to broiler to brown cheese til lightly golden.
Slice and eat, this makes about the size of a personal sized pizza.
