Question about everyone's "Insanity" Routine?

Hey guys I'm on day 12 or so of insanity and i've been doing it very slowly. the first week i did it perfectly but now I've been only doing it a couple days a week because Ive been very busy. I noticed I gained about 4 pounds from this workout and I'm sure thats just my muscle retaining water. I want to lose that weight and not just stop, so if i continue insanity at about 3-4 days a week and work up to 6 again, will i still see results? i weight about one hundred and thirty something pounds so I dont have much to lose anyway.
