I got my WII fitness plus and balance board today. I decided to test it out his evening. OMG!! I havent exercised in about 22 years I litterally could only do it for about 10 mins! I am ashamed! It will only get better right??????

It definitely will get better!!! Persistence pays off! Keep at it and you will see next time it will be a little longer ... then a little longer..

It gets much better. Just take it a day at a time. You'll surprise yourself later on at how much better you've gotten when you look back.

YES! It will totally get better! Of course, once it starts to get easy (and it will), that's when you'll want to push yourself even more so you again feel like you're crazy out of shape! Well, that's at least how I try and look at it anyway ;)

Good for you for starting this exercise journey after 22 years. Just keep at it... you can do it... in fact, with practice, practice, and more practice... you can ROCK it! All the best - and at the end of each workout after you've taken a few minutes to catch your breath... look back at the last 10, 15, 20+ minutes and try and enjoy what you accomplished :)

Keep going :) My first month back to working out was pink dumbbells, and dammit, I WAS lifting heavy with those. You'll see improvements fast though if you keep it up-- that's the good news :)

It'll absolutely get better. I remember when I first started exercise, I used to get a proper sweat doing 15 minutes of easy yoga! You'll improve over time, at first you won't really notice how much better you've gotten at it, but when you do, you'll be spurred even more.

You will improve fast. When I first started working out a few years ago, I tried too do a 20 minute Denise Austin cardio workout and I had to take a break about 5 minutes in, because I thought I was going to do die. Just do what you can do, and every day will get a little better.
