I recently returned to work after being out for a while and I am finding it super hard to get my workout in. I have not done my work out for two weeks (elliptical training and Jillian Michaels) I am constantly moving around at work and am on my feet the whole time so when I get off I don't want to do anything but relax. I have not gained any weight, I have actually lost.
My question is how do I find time for my workout? How do I motivate myself to jump on my elliptical?
Any suggestions?

I do the elliptical while watching tv. I'm sure you spend an hour here and there watching a program. Do it then. That's what I do0

You can start by parking as far away from your office as you can and walk in. Take another walk at lunch and/or breaks. When I'm unmotivated I have but one question to ask my self....how bad do I want it?0

I park my butt on the Elliptical and watch an episode of Dancing with the Stars -- the season is over now, but it's on DVR. The beats usually keep me in the mood to keep working out, and William Levy ain't so bad to look at either =D0

Also, if you get a break at work, even to go to the bathroom, use that time and the sink vanity. I like to do 2 reps of 10 "push ups" in the bathroom. Lean against the edge of the sink vanity - if there is one, and go for it. It's quick and an easy way to get your heart rate up.0
