Looks like you are doing a great job! I just joined this about a week ago...It's an adjustment, but I am doing well with it so far. So you have been following it for 7 months? That's awesome. I am only looking to lose 5 or 6 lbs...also maybe getting pregnant by the end of this year, so I need to know that this works...so I can lose the baby weight eventually.
