Eating back all my workout calories - advice needed

The only way I can stay within my calorie limits is by exercising fairly hard every day, otherwise I always go over.
My calorie limit is 1470, and generally I burn about 250 calories in a workout.
So, my question is whether this is healthy and will let me lose some weight or whether I should try to cut back on calories so I don't have to exercise so much just to be within my limit?
Sorry if this has been asked already : ) And thank you for any help you can give!
