    I just lost the 2lbs that I was up from my extravagant weekend...plus an extra 0.4lbs!

    Also I'm embarking upon becoming teetotal, discussing this with the doctor and staff at hospital today. anyone elsewhere banished alcohol? For whatever reason

    I was going to say that it's my last day at a job that I've been wanting to leave for a long time! Wish me luck as I start my new job next week and look forward to new beginnings :)
