Reaching Calorie Goal

So I just input all my food I packed with me today...and I'm still 300 cals under my goal. Plus I'm prob going to burn about 400 cals if I exercise tonight.
I realized last night that even though I have been reaching my calorie goal, its not with good food. A bag of chips here, a cookie there, you know how it is. I've been losing inches and clothes fit better, but #s aren't coming off. So went shopping last night and planned a great day.
I know I haven't eaten the food in my diary yet, but I can't foresee myself being hungry. How do you reach your calorie goal if you're not hungry?
I don't really know what advice I'm looking for. I just feel kind of lost today.

Could you have an after dinner snack? That would add some calories to your day. Try some cheese and meat, or maybe a handful of nuts and dried fruit. Even another serving of veggies would add some healthy calories back. IMO, if you are hungry, then eat something more. IF you are below your calories, but you feel satisfied, then stop where you are. Just don't make a habit of eating to little to many times.

Suprisingly, or not, I'm hungry haha. Gonna raid the vending machines to see if there's any trail mix. Thanx!
