so, I've been weighing myself daily - and before you all tell me not to do that, I KNOW that I should only do it once a week and that weight will fluctuate. BUT for the past 2 weeks I had been continually loosing on a day to day basis. I had been eating good food, although going over on my calories by about 150-200 daily since I was always starving when I got home from my new job. I joined a gym last weekend and have gone a few days since then - mainly doing cardio (elliptical and spin class), and I've eaten most of my exercise calories. And I've started gaining weight! How annoying. I am going to stick with it though, the exercise is good for me and I don't want to go into starvation mode by not eating my exercise calories at all.
