Best Ab Workout??

I do well with cardio and weight training but I can't stand Ab work and avoid it completely :(

What works best for toning flabby abs?

    Abs aren't flabby, they are muscle.

    General fat loss will eventually reduce fat in your midsection.


    deadlifts and weighted squats load your abs the most, if you are looking for strength.

    Anything in a plank works the abs well too.

    But for strengthening abs... I gotta admit I've never seen a Pilates practioner that didn't have a fabulous midsection.

    I've noticed the most improvement in my abs since starting heavy lifting. Those nice heavy deadlifts and squats really work your core.
