Eating back calories after late workouts

I do the Insanity workout each morning around 5:30am then run 3 times a week in the evening around 8pm for 1-1.5 hours. For those that have a routine like this, do you eat your running calories that you know you will burn in the evening throughout the day or do you make up for them the next day. My guess is that there are probably schools of thought on both sides but would like some feedback.
