Thighs

I have noticed that as I have started this diet and exercise thing I seem to lose everywhere but my thighs and I'm really annoyed by it. Even my pants are loose on me everywhere but my thigh area. Is there some sort of exercise I can do to tone that area or do I just need to lose more weight before this will change? Have I built muscle there, causing this, or is it fat that needs to be burned off somehow?

    I'm afraid there are no exercises that will allow you to target fat loss anywhere in the body. You can target muscle growth but not fat loss. It's a matter of eating a calorie deficit in order to get your body fat lower. The body will burn fat from wherever it chooses and we can only go along for the ride.
