How do you plug in the exercise? Do i have to break it totally all down and put - 30 jumping jacks, 100 crunches...etc??

Which video? For Jillian Michaels etc most people log it in under cardio "circuit traning"0

Yes, it was the 30 day shred. So just log in circuit training for 20 minutes?0

Yep. I think I used to log 27 mins since it had the warm up and cool down too.
Awesome job on the 30 day shred. I know it can be tough, but modify what you have to and work up on the levels I your own time. Don't forget to take pics and measurements! I only lost 7 lbs but 10+ inches. You can see some progress pics in my profile (bathing suit). Alot of that was from my love/hate relationship with JM.
