Mock Taco Salad

I have been trying really hard to stick with salads at lunch, but have a really hard time convincing myself that they are filling enough. This little trick has helped me for the last several weeks. Add 1/2 cup Turkey No Bean chili to the salad and mix it all up. It seems like you are eating a taco salad, but the chili only adds 95 cal and 1.5g fat. Even after I add cheese and some baked tostitos it is under 400 calories and it definitely feels like cheating!
