Just because you didn't post it, does not mean you didn't eat it!
I have to keep reminding myself this beacuse I sometimes "forget" to post things I consumed, such as those occasional after work cocktails and those delicious cupcakes that were brought in for a co-worker's birthday.

I actually do forget what Ive eaten so i need to do my food diary as soon as Ive eaten something! But since Ive started doing it I am more aware of what I am eating and how much rubbish I do eat0

So true. There are times when I think "why in the world am i not losing?!" and then when I really sit and think about it I know why.
Not too long ago I realized I was never counting the 2-3 handfuls of almonds I was eating each day. I didn't think I needed to count them because they were a "healthy food". They are healthy, but I was also consuming an extra 200-450 calories/ day that I was accounting for.
Yikes!
Whether or not we keep a record of what we eat our bodies do.0
