If you chew up all your food and spit it out...how many calories (what %) do you take in/absorb?

By doing a quick look at your diary, I would suggest if you’re hungry and not feeling satisfied, perhaps try adding more protein to your diet. That may help curb some of your cravings over the long-term. You also look like you could benefit from eating more. You’re net calorie count is pretty low.

Please be safe and understand that what you’re proposing is unhealthy and not an optimum way to manage your diet. Based on some of the previous posts you’ve started and this one, I think you should look into seeing a professional to work out your diet and ensure you’re getting proper nutrition and dealing with any eating issues that you may have. The forums is not the right place to get that kind of support as most people do not have any qualifications to give you advice.

Everyone here will support you in helping you make healthy decisions! But please, get help! You'll get a much better response from a professional than you will from the forum. Asking the forums just brings you one step closer to getting the strength to ask a professional. You can do it!
