Would you give a good referral to get rid of a bad employee
Just wondering if you knew someone who wasn't a great employee that was applying for another job and they asked to put you down as a reference if you would say nice things about them in order to get them out of your office? As a caveat, I mean only if you had no ties to this other office and it is not like the person calling would ever remember you. So basically after you give the refence you are free and clear of anything.

You can put a creative spin on it and not lie. Like if they at least showed up for work, than say they are dependable.0

I wouldn't, because there are *always* ties, even if you don't know about them or if they haven't been forged yet.
Sooner or later it could come back to haunt you for being an unreliable source of information.

Nope.
