What's your ideal body fat percentage?

Shooting for about 8% here.0

I am aiming for 22ish. Well somewhere below 25 but above 20 should be good for me. I am destined for "curvy" no matter what, so I am more focused on being lean enough to see some definition in my arms and legs. And I don't want 6-pack abs, so lean enough so they look flatter than I am now, and I am all set.0

I'm at 26% now. Aiming for 22% then will assess and see if I want to go lower.0

My goal is to hit 10%0
-
I'm 21% at the mo. Maybe 18%0

I think between 18% and 20% is ideal. You know where I'm at and I don't think going lower than that is healthy for females (unless you are competing or something like that) I have seen how it can impact your hormones and that is nit something I want to deal with.
My goal will be to maintain this % and try not to focus on the scale. I would not mind the scale going up a bit if body fat % stays the same. That just means I'm gaining muscles.
18-20% is my goal too! You can look up pics of females with body fat percentages for atleast somewhat of an idea and see what you personally find that works best for you.0 -
I'm 20.3%ish now.. so I guess 18%0

Somewhere around 25%. I wanna be a little squishy ^_^ But I'll reevaluate when I get there, see how I feel, etc.
Yeah, I want to keep some of my curves for sure! But muscles are sexy too. Good to have a balance!
I'm living proof that you CAN have mucles AND curves and be fit and healthy, too.
ETA: I did not have curves before I dropped body fat. I was a no shape person and now I have curves.
Yeah, you look hot! I'd love to look like you someday.
:blushing: aw, thank you!0 -
I'm looking to be about 20%. Once I get there I'll see how I feel about it.0

Not a clue. I can't even figure out what my current bf% is because the calculators I did online gave me 3 different results. It's all very confusing. :laugh:0

Last time I checked I was 14.7%. I am 5'3" 110lbs! I still enjoy everything from chocolates, carbs and alcohol etc. I don't mind going up in bf% but I am happy with where I am at0

0%, I want to be nothing but skin, muclses, organs and bones... maybe sometimes water, but nothing else.
Ha, kidding.
I dunno 20%, it would help if I knew my current body fat, but my caliper was free and the instructional chart is wrong according to the internets.0 -
Just had my body fat % done today. 29.8% This after a 19 lb weight loss, wish I had checked it 100 days ago. I'm not so sure what would be ideal for me, a 47 y.o female, BUT my Hip to Waist ratio is .92% THIS needs to change as I guess anything greater than .85% is bad (higher risk for heart dz). But even at my leanest, I've always had a pouch.
So...my goal is to get my Hip to Waist ratio below a .85%. (Can't imagine what it was 100 days ago).
Not sure what I should shoot for with regards to my body fat %?0 -

Aiming for 20% for now.0

I'm 45 years old, female, 5'8", 154 lbs with about 26% fat. I wear size 6 and 8 pants. Medium tops. I find it very, very hard to lower my fat percentage. Since I have started losing weight in October I think I barely changed my fat % (even after losing 12 lbs). I'm not really sure what to do. I've changed my diet a little because I was stuck at 156 for awhile. That has helped.0

I'm 32 yo, 5'1 1/2 and 112-113 and I'm at my goal of 17%. Currently maintaining and would like to keep it here!0
